This course provides students with a general overview of intellectual property (IP) and the importance of IP to the organization. Students will be able to apply their IP knowledge to support the organizational procedures and registration procedures of IP in Singapore:
1. Definition of IP / What IP is, Types of IP
2. Sources from which information about IP can be obtained
3. Registration procedures, if any, of various types of IP in Singapore
